My boyfriend has been talking about doing a muscle detox for a while now and the idea always kind of fascinated me to begin with. So yesterday, when he was visiting, he brought it up to my friends and I and we all agreed to try it out together. We put one together ourselves; an amateur one. First day=fast. H20 and hot green tea ONLY. I feel like everywhere I turn, someone is sinking their teeth into a delicious sandwich or bagel or even a coffee. NOT FUN!!! I wish I could just even eat an apple or a carrot or something raw. Oh well, enough complaining from me.
It will all be worth it in the end!
